Why trade shows book it
On a floor with a thousand booths handing out identical pens, a press running live is a crowd anomaly — people stop for process. Badge scans happen while guests wait their sixty seconds, the shirt walks the floor with your logo on a chest instead of in a tote, and the booth staff finally has something to say besides “can I scan you?” The bar fits standard 10×20 booths with room to spare and runs on ordinary booth power (one 20-amp circuit per press — order it with your electrical form; specs on the requirements page).
Off the floor
Conference welcome receptions, sponsor suites, pool-deck brand moments, and corporate retreats all run the same kit. Off-Strip venues are often the easier load-ins; on-Strip properties mostly mean earlier dock appointments and union-aware advance work, which we handle in the venue call.

Booking against a show calendar means dates disappear early — CES-week and March trade windows especially. Lock the dates as soon as your booth is confirmed, and we will hold the crew against your show schedule.
