The home-field advantages
Speed. No routing, no hotel nights, no travel line. When an Anaheim convention booth realizes on Tuesday that their giveaway fell through for Friday, OC is the one region where that call can still end well.
Flexibility. Splitting one day across a morning market in Costa Mesa and an evening corporate mixer in Irvine is only possible when the reload happens at our own shop between calls.
Depth. Extra blanks, backup equipment, and additional crew are minutes away, not shipped. OC events effectively carry a redundancy layer no road date can match.
